The Perfect Preparation part 2

I decided to go out and test whether I could run at all. At first every step hurt even though I was running way below my target marathon pace. And when I tried to go faster it just hurt more. On the other hand I got used to it pretty quickly and managed to run a few km.

So I still don't know what to do - if I ignored the pain I probably could run, but I'm not sure for how long and how fast. And I know that if I run it'll do more or less damage to the foot making the actual recovery a surprisingly long process.

Luckily there's many hours left to decide!
